Salesperson's Course
All of the coursework required to prepare for the Massachusetts salesperson real estate licensing exam. This course provides a comprehensive foundation for anyone interested in the fundamentals of real estate regardless of whether you are seeking licensure.

Broker's Course
All of the coursework required to prepare for the Massachusetts Broker real estate licensing exam.

Continuing Education Courses
Massachusetts state law requires that brokers and salespersons who wish to maintain their license must complete 12 hours of approved continuing education. (There is no exam for CE courses.)

CUSTOM ORDERED SCHEDULE

FREE EXAM REVIEW CLASSES
Any individual who has successfully completed either the Dukes Academy Salesperson class or the Dukes Academy Broker course may audit any future classes on the same subject at absolutely no cost for up to one year, provided space is available in the class.
