Dukes Academy, Courses on Martha's Vineyard

Dukes Academy is a state-licensed school located on the island of Martha's Vineyard and certified to provide real estate courses required by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Division of Licensure.

Salesperson's Course
All of the coursework required to prepare for the Massachusetts salesperson real estate licensing exam. This course provides a comprehensive foundation for anyone interested in the fundamentals of real estate regardless of whether you are seeking licensure.

Broker's Course
All of the coursework required to prepare for the Massachusetts Broker real estate licensing exam.

Continuing Education Courses
Massachusetts state law requires that brokers and salespersons who wish to maintain their license must complete 12 hours of approved continuing education. (There is no exam for CE courses.)
